Who do you manufacture products for?

We currently market products for a variety of prestigious companies, including department stores, mass marketers, health food stores, direct manufacturing companies, national brand companies, spas, resorts and hotels, as well as smaller start-up companies and individuals.

What is the Minimum Order quantity?

Our minimum order for health and beauty products is generally 5,000 units per item, for candles, the minimum order is generally 6,000 units per item.

What formulas/products can you make for me?

We can create a wide variety of skin/bath/body/hair/personal care product formulas, both conventional and organic.  Please refer to our General Product Capability page for an in-depth list of products.  If you have a concept for a new product let us know and we will advise if we are able to create it for you.

Can your Research and Development Lab make a product that I propose?

Yes, in most cases we can. The amount of research and development required for each project is determined on a product by product basis.

What is the cost for your Research & Development Lab to manufacture samples for me?

Research & Development costs are dependent upon the scope of the work that will be required.  Many new ingredients add more to the cost, for example, organic ingredients are more costly. Product claims, and testing required can add to the cost as well.

Can you manufacture Organic Cosmetic products?

We are a fully certified manufacturer of organic health & beauty products.  Our facility is recognized as such by the USDA. This means that organic products that we are able to manufacture can display the USDA organic seal.   We can help guide you through the confusing array of rules and regulations pertaining to the Organics industry.

Do you have non-disclosure agreements with your customers?

Yes, we have non-disclosure agreements in place with most of our customers, and could extend the same courtesy to you, if necessary.

How quickly can you turn around an order?

Initial orders: approximately eight to ten weeks from the time the formula and/or artwork is approved and from the time packaging is received. Re-orders: six to eight weeks.

Can you help with FDA/Personal Care Products Council (formerly the CTFA) labeling for products intended for retail sale?

All cosmetic/toiletries/personal care products that are intended for retail sale in the US are required by the Food and Drug Administration and the Personal Care Products Council (formerly the CTFA) to have certain information displayed on the packaging. We are fully knowledgeable of these regulations. Please submit a sample of your artwork before having packaging printed or labels manufactured so that we may check for compliance with these regulations.

I live overseas - can you still manufacture products for me?

Yes we welcome overseas orders!  We currently manufacture and export products to many countries. We have experience exporting to the Far East, Europe, Japan, South America, Mexico, Canada, Great Britain, Russia and more.

Can you assist me with exporting my products?

Our regulatory personnel are very knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with many other country’s cosmetic regulations. They can help you with the required paperwork.

Can I provide my own decorated packaging?

Yes. However, we require a sample of the packaging prior to filling, to check for compatibility with product, compliance with Government labeling requirements and to ascertain compatibility with our production equipment.
